Shipping and returns policy

We supply England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland. For European orders please use ETSY.

We supply the cloths folded or rolled on a cardboard core to prevent creasing.We also supply 20m rolls.

We compile the previous days orders and despatch as appropriate. If we are busy it may take 2 - 3 days before and order is despatched. We give priority to RM24 & Courier orders. If an order is urgent and you do need it next day please call us.

Folded Deliveries.

We supply all of the UK using the Royal Mail Parcel Service. We despatch internet orders every day . The orders are sent RM24 or RM48 depending on the customer selection. Most orders are sent “signed for” .

Roll or Tube Deliveries.

We use a courier service for full roll orders or when a customer has chosen the wrapped around the cardboard core option to prevent creasing.

Full 20m Rolls or CREASE FREE on a core are despatched on a next day (working day) service. The order must be placed by the night before for the goods to be despatched the next day.This is not a guaranteed service.

For crease free on a core or full 20m rolls please select the correct pricing option. There are higher costs to sending products on a cardboard core to the IOM , IOW, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands & Islands

The FREE DELVERY for orders over £72 is generally FOLDED except when it is a full 20m roll.

Free Deliveries

Carriage is free on orders over £60 + VAT. This does NOT apply to the excluded areas mentioned above.

Restaurant Orders

Restaurant orders that are cut to size and hemmed or joined will take between 3 – 14 days to make depending on the size and complexity of the order. This is advised at the time the order is placed.Generally Restaurant orders are despatched on a cardboard core.

Missed Deliveries

Generally we aim to despatch internet orders every day and generally this is the day after we receive the order. But do not assume the order will be delivered the next day after you placed it. If we are very busy this may not happen. Please check with us if an order is urgent. We will give priority to orders if you call us. We may find ourselves with no stock through unanticipated demand. The service is always a “signed for” service. Should you not be at home a card is normally left for you to rearrange delivery. After one failed delivery the goods will be returned to us and additional delivery charges will become payable by the customer. Please note that claims for missing parcels despatched by the Royal Mail may not be submitted until 2 weeks have elapsed. At this time a claim will be made to the Royal Mail and replacement goods despatched or a refund issued. We will not be held responsible for any consequence of a failed delivery date.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

We offer a bespoke service. All the sizes shown on the internet shop are not held in stock. We cut the required shape and size upon order.

Due to this made to measure service we do NOT accept returns unless there is a fault. Contact us to arrange for a returns number. We will not accept any returns without a returns number. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods to us in the condition received and at their cost. Always use a signed for service. We will only accept valid returns within 24hrs of receiving the goods.

Selecting the wrong colour or the wrong size are not acceptable reasons for returns. We offer a free sample service because we recognise that a computer screen cannot adequately show texture and colour. A creased cloth is also not a valid reason for a return as we do offer the option to purchase rolled on a cardboard core.

Late delivery is also not a valid reason for a return.

Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing the order unless the cloths have been already cut or despatched.
